Susan Frady is a Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certified by American Nursing Credentialing Center. Mrs. Frady has specialty training in family practice, psychopharmacology, and as a surgical first assistant. She received her degrees in biology, nursing and family nurse practitioner at the University of Northern Colorado. Susan choose the medical field because she believes it is a dynamic field that continuously improves over time with scientific innovation. She believes in delivering patient centered care and having a unique relationship with patients as a provider of care. Susan’s philosophy is that all patients and families should be informed partners in their health and wellbeing.

When not working Susan serves as a CASA (court appointed special advocate for kids) and a foster parent. Free time is spent enjoying time with her husband, two kids and two dogs. She is a previous professional ballet dancer, with certification with the Royal Acadamy of Dance and can also be seen as her alter ego, Anna Phylaxsis, playing roller derby for the Southern Colorado Derby Dolls.
